Are We All Mad?

We think in our own way(s), we do things in our own way(s) or ways that align with our person.
We fight, we sleep, we eat, we laugh, we fall in love, we hate, we cry, we celebrate, we work. We do almost the same thing everyday.
We see a so called mad person who has his everyday routine the way we do, but yet he/ she is called mad why? is it because communication with that person is almost impossible even with a healthy looking body?
We all have a similarity which is doing an everyday routine which takes us away from our conscious self making us feel like we are not mad.
What if the so-called mad person thinks you are mad?
Are we all mad? Or am I wrong to think that if you say you are not mad then you are mad?
