Never Be Scared To Fail

first

If you have gone through my about page, you’ll know I wrote that I post twice a day but changes might occur. I had already posted the first write up for today but the second which is this you are reading was very challenging to create. I had no idea whatsoever what to write about and posting a second write up would have made me feel accomplished.

What didn’t I do? I walked round my compound thinking since 10am, I thought so much that I had to enter the car in my compound rested for a while before I slept off. My mum thought I was crazy because she found me sleeping in the car. With all these challenges, I was scared I won’t be able to post a second write up today and I thought it was the end of the road for me to inspire through reading as ideas were not coming but as I was thinking this, I was browsing on my phone on things I could write about then I stumbled on this quote around 8pm.

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing. – Denis Waitley

The last sentence means if you are not prepared to fail then you are prepared to be nothing.
I was so excited because I knew I could get something out of this quote because I found myself in this situation of being about to quit by not posting my second write up today in which you are already reading.

Then I realised that we came to this earth with knowing nothing which means we already came to this earth failing by not knowing. Were we scared? Why should we be scared if we fail now? We learn from failing, from struggling e.t.c. If I had allowed myself to quit, I wouldn’t  have gotten something to post today.

According to djkhaled, be humble and when you are great be grateful
I was Grateful to the Almighty God. Never quit, never be scared to fail, I never stopped searching.
